Dear Scientists,
We are delighted to invite you to the BIO Türkiye - International Biotechnology Congress, to be held
online on September 9-11, 2021, and which will be hosted by the IVEK Foundation.
This congress will be held with the aim of developing Turkey's medical and pharmaceutical
biotechnology ecosystem and ensuring the contribution of all stakeholders. BIO Türkiye will bring
together all stakeholders, directly or indirectly, in the fields of medical, pharmaceutical, and food
biotechnology, with the aim of reaching sustainable development.
BIO Türkiye is intended to serve as an efficient platform where the problems and solutions of the
biotechnology ecosystem in Turkey, including public, non-governmental organizations, universities,
and industry are discussed. The aim of this congress is to bring all stakeholders together to ensure
interaction between pharmacists, pharmaceutical industries, R&D department, young researchers,
doctoral academics, and other professionals in the fields of medical and pharmaceutical
biotechnology.
BIO Türkiye will ensure the creation of new opportunities and collaborations through a variety of presentations, workshops, symposiums, and the ability to meet researchers from all over the world, one the unique interdisciplinary features of the platform. Despite the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, we believe that BIO Türkiye will have an incredible turnout as the online organization will allow for participants who do not have the option to travel to join virtually.
The BIO Türkiye - International Biotechnology Congress, a component of the BIO Türkiye Event,
aims to transfer and share current information by bringing together various platforms making
scientific contributions in the fields of Bioengineering, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Cell-Gene
and Food Biotechnology, as well as producing biotechnological drug and vaccines technologies and
production. As biotechnology is multidisciplinary, this congress is organized such that the content
and scope can contribute to all relevant scientfic disciplines The online congress will be held at an
international level, with the participation of professionals from across the world.

Abstracts should be submitted on-line via the website (https://bioturkiye.org/) using the AbstractAgent abstract system. Presentations can be sent as a poster or oral presentation. Abstracts that are submitted via e-mail or mail independantly from the system shall not be accepted. Proofreading should be conducted for the abstracts because abstracts submitted online will be published as they are without any further spellcheck. Deadline for submission of abstracts is extended from 16 July 2021 to 14 August 2021 Abstracts shall be submitted in English and shall not be longer than 350 words.
Those who will make oral presentation are required to send their full texts in 2-4 pages. You can upload your full texts in the step 8 of the online presentation system.
